Opening requires the appropriate insurance for the actual service scope, accurate agency and business records, compliant mobile vehicles and worksite practices, job-specific equipment and qualifications, tested customer authorization and invoice workflows, payment controls and a distinct dated owner operating release.
BAR ARD registration remains a separate business registration and does not establish insurance or general approval for every proposed service.
