Start with legal permission
Work should be at a location authorized by its lawful controller, with enough stable, accessible space to perform the exact job without exposing people or property to unreasonable risk.
Evaluate the work
Ask whether the vehicle requires lifting, wheel removal, engine cooling, chemical products, fluid recovery, specialized calibration, road testing or shop infrastructure. Weather, level ground, lighting and safe vehicle support can change whether a task is suitable.
Know the exclusions
No roadway or curbside repair, prohibited parking area or activity at the administrative residence. The anticipated service area is not yet authorized or released for booking.
